The acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale there implies the enforcement of these conditions. They apply to all orders placed by the customer on the site spartoo.co.uk They involve a contract between SPARTOO and the customer.
These general conditions of sale may be subject to amendment, the version that applies to the customer order is the version that is on the site on the date that the customer places their order. Changes to to these terms of sale are binding for customers purchasing after they are posted on line and cannot be applied retrospectively to transactions previous to this date.
All site users must respect the general conditions of sale.
SPARTOO also offers products that are sold and shipped by Partners: 'Partner Products'. These general conditions of sale do not apply to the price, the payment methods and the verification of payment, the type of delivery, the returns policy of merchants. Each Partner has their own terms and conditions. All customers are recommended to become familiar with these (delivery policy, returns policy, general T&Cs) when they are selecting the size and colour of the 'Partner Product': method of payment, type and delivery address.

The items displayed on the site are available until depletion of stocks.
In the event of debit or payment of an order for an item which is unavailable, RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK shall offer the Customer a credit note or refund within 15 days. RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK shall send an email to any Customer who has placed an order for an item which is unavailable.
All products for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions which may occur in this presentation.
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) inclusive of VAT for the United Kingdom.
The VAT amount is indicated when the customer selects a product. We reserve the right to change prices if there is a change in the VAT rate. These changes may be passed on in the price of the items without previously informing the customer.
RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK will not be held responsible for refunding the VAT on purchases made by customers in the Channel Islands.
RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK reserves the right to change its prices at any time but products are invoiced at the price applicable when the order is registered.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions unless stated otherwise and they are only applicable against available RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK products. RUBBERSOLE reserves the right to remove the promotion at any time without prior notice.
First-time customers will be required to fill out a form containing the following information : title, first name, surname, complete delivery address, email, date of birth, and telephone number. The customer also creates their password at this time.
After clicking on the "Pay Securely Now" icon and verifying the details of their order (colour, amount, size, price, etc…), the customer confirms their order by entering in their payment details.
If the client benefits from a special offer, he/she should enter the code that was previously attributed to them in the space provided.
Customers may pay with their debit, credit card, or via Paypal directly on the website. Once they have chosen the desired payment method and clicked on "Confirm", the client confirms definitively and irreversibly their order. Your order confirmation means you accept the present Terms and Conditions.

RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK reserves the right to refuse to honour an order placed by a consumer that has not totally or partially paid a preceding order or with whom a payment dispute is being handled.6.3 : Payment Verifications
RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK monitors all the orders that have been confirmed on the website, and all payments through RUBBERSOLE will be subject to security checks from both the card provider and RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK. This monitoring aims to protect RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK from abusive practices operated by a fraudster and to protect our customers against unauthorised use of their payment details.
Our services may contact you by email or by telephone to confirm your order information and order details: proof of address or of a debit in your name, or proof of address in the name of the person indicated for the delivery address, etc...
These requests may be made by email :
- For an order for which the delivery address is different to the billing address
- For new clients or any customer that has never previously had their account verified
- For orders placed outside of the United Kingdom
- For orders placed with internationally issued bank cards
- For an order more than £100
This order verification will be done prior to your order processing and it may cause a delay in the preparation and despatch of your order.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium to our contact address. You will receive an email with a link to your pre-paid return label, which you will need to print out and attach to your parcel in order to return your purchase free of charge. All returns which have not followed this procedure will require transport to be paid for by the customer. If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.6.5: Order Details
We adhere to the supplier's contract content and will send you the details of your order as well as our general terms via e-mail. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer account.
In order to ensure secure payments, RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK uses the secure payment service provided by CIC bank (a leading French bank). This service utilises the SSL security standard. Confidential data (16-digit bank card number as well as expiry date, Security code) are encrypted and sent directly to the bank server without passing through the physical RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK server.
When the order is validated:
The payment request is routed in real-time to the secure remote payment manager. This asks for an authorisation request from the bank card network. The remote payment manager issues an electronic certificate which is proof of the amount and the date of the transaction in compliance with articles 1316 in the French civil code.
Customers who have already made a purchase at RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK can choose a password which allows them to proceed with new orders without filling the customer detail forms again. The Customer who has already signed up is recognised on the site as being a customer at RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK. The RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK customer's password is strictly confidential and personal. It must never be divulged to a third party.
If the RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK customer has lost or has forgotten his/her password, he/she should contact RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK customer service either by email or by telephone, and a new password will be issued within 48 hours to replace the previous one. In order to facilitate the identification of the Customer by provision of both the email address and password, the Customer expressly authorises RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK to place a "Cookie" on the customer's computer with the sole purpose of facilitating the above-mentioned identification.
Delivery times given are in reference to the order date, and presented in working days (Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not taken into account for calculation of delivery time). In case of force majeur, Rubbersole.co.uk can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery.

For any one order which contains multiple products and two different delivery services, you will receive two separate parcels upon delivery.

To be accepted, returns should meet the following conditions:
- The product should not have been worn outside. It should be in new condition.
- Should be returned in the original packaging and in good condition.
- The product should be returned within 30 days of delivery of your order.

Step 1: Customer Account
Sign in to your Rubbersole customer account with your email address and your password and go down to the section "my returns" to complete a return request.
Step 2 : Receive label
- Your return is pre-paid by Rubbersole: you'll receive an email with a link that you can click on to print out your shipping label.
Step 3 : Drop off your parcel at the selected location
Drop off your parcel at the location you chose when completing your return request.
Please remember to keep your proof of postage receipt.
These are consignments which have not been delivered to the final destination for the following reasons: Undeliverable, not claimed, refused, damaged in transit, opened...11.1: Returned as “UNDELIVERABLE” :
Consignments returned by the transporter with the following remark: Undeliverable. Once we have received and accepted your consignment, RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK will contact the customer in order to send the order if the product is still available or to offer a refund if the customer prefers. RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK reserves the right to offer a refund for the order and not to re-ship it in the event several Undeliverables have been identified.11.2 : Returns due to "NOT CLAIMED" :
Consignments which have not been claimed by the customer with Hermes within the time limits. Once we have received and accepted your consignment,RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK will contact the customer in order to re-ship the order if the product is still available or to offer a refund if the customer prefers. RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK reserves the right to offer a refund of the order and not re-ship it if several "NOT CLAIMED" have been identified.11.3 : Returns due to "REFUSED" :
You have refused your consignment on delivery.
Once we have received and accepted your consignment,a credit note will be put in your customer account in the 72 hours following receipt of your consignment. You can request the cancellation of your credit note and its refund directly in our CUSTOMER SERVICE section.
11.4 : "DELIVERED" by courier:
The courier claims to have delivered your consignment, either by having a proof of delivery receipt with the customer's signature, the signature of someone in the customer's household, or a neighbour, or the courier claims to have left the consignment in a safe place on the customer's property.
In the event that the consignment cannot be found, a lost parcel claim form will need to be requested from the customer service centre either by email or by telephone. All lost parcel claims forms must be sent to the following address:

Once we have received your signed and dated claims form by post, your claim will be processed and either a refund will be processed or a replacement will be shipped, depending on the customer's wishes and available stock.
In the event a consignment is returned due to " UNDELIVERABLE ", "NOT CLAIMED ", or "REFUSED", RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK cannot guarantee the reservation of items ordered and may need to offer a refund for the order if the product(s) is/are unavailable.
For all stages, from access to the site, browsing, filling in forms,placing an order, delivering items or any other service, RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK only has an obligation for due care. Therefore, RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damages arising from the use of the Internet and completely outside the diligence and precautions taken by RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK.
In particular, RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK cannot be held responsible for any disruption in provision of the service, or any external intrusion or presence of a computer virus. Similarly, any event which qualifies as force majeure in the legal sense by the French Court of Appeals fully exonerates RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK from all responsibility. Customers benefit from guarantees offered by the brands listed on the site.

They remain the exclusive property of RUBBERSOLE All hypertext links forwarding to RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK and using in particular framing, deep-linking, in-line linking or any other deep linking technology is strictly prohibited. Competitions organised by RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK are free to enter and proof of purchase is not required. They are open to all residents of the United Kingdom.
Winners of competitions will be contacted by email containing their prize in the form of a code for a discount or gift voucher from RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK. This is valid once throughout the site, excluding promotions and may not be combined with other special offers.
Excluding special promotions, money-off vouchers are valid for three months and gift vouchers for one year. If the amount of the gift voucher exceeds the value of the order placed by the Customer, the balance will be transferred to the gift voucher account. It will automatically be proposed during a future order on the "Payment" page. If the amount of the gift voucher is less than the value of the order, the Customer must add the rest by bank card. RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK never discloses participants' names and email addresses.
By providing their email address, participants automatically agree to receive the rubbersole.co.uk newsletter RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK reserves the right to postpone or cancel the competition and cannot be held responsible for any problem which may arise during the operation. For each competition, there can only be one game winner per household (same surname, same home address, or same IP address). If an item is returned, the gift voucher won in the competition cannot be re-used.
Taking part in the competition implies full agreement with these rules. The rules may be modified at any time by the organiser, in compliance with the expressed conditions. Fraud or attempted fraud for personal gain may lead to prosecution.
The products presented in "RUBBERSOLE.CO.UK private sales" are available to all those who meet at least two of the following conditions:

Gift cards and money-off vouchers are non-refundable and have no monetary value. However, products purchased using vouchers and coupons may be returned for an exchange, or a credit note if the items are no longer in stock.
