I purchased some Adidas superstar trainers for myself with my Christmas money. I had been looking everywhere. The ones I ordered were in the sale however, still listed everywhere else at full price so this was a winner. They arrived in good time however, were too big. So I went online and was happy I could exchange for a smaller size. I had a bit of confusion with the labels so phoned and spoke to someone in customer service, she was totally professional and so lovely and friendly. She advised once I delivered my trainers back to one of the collection plus places to call again so my exchange could be started. I did this and again the customer service was outstanding, unfortunately I couldn't remember the ladies name that I spoke to that time. Anyhow, I have now received an email to state my new smaller size trainers are on there way. I'm so excited to recieve them. I bought Fitflop shoes from Rubbersole as my normal supplier did not have them in my size. The Rubbersole service was excellent. Sadly on this occasion Fitflop were disappointing - I have bought more than 10 pairs of their shoes in size 7 but this pair of 7s was nearly 2cm shorter than my other pairs and so didn't fit. Sadly Rubbersole didn't have size 8 in the style I wanted, but their returns procedure was very simple and straightforward. I sent the shoes back and received a prompt refund.

Shoes arrived quickly but sadly new balance shoes seems to be half a size smaller than the Adidas I usually wear, I had read that they're slightly smaller but I thought I'd get away with it, no problem though as the return process is free and simple.

Excellent quality leather boot with zips either side, something you just don't get. Fit large but not massively wide. I'm usually 45 or 46 but ended up with a 44.5 (10). These boots will get better and better with age.Rubber sole are very good with comms and the returns system is very excellent. No hassle at all

Opted for free delivery and the item was delivered within the stated time frame (3 working days). The delivery tracking isn't great (hermes ...) but not an issue for me as I had them delivered to my work address. Email contact from customer services was also good. Overall very happy with the product, price and service. Would recommend to others.
