Looking for a particular pair of Globe trainers, nowhere had them in my size, after a quick Google Rubbersole popped up with exactly what I wanted, cheaper too AND free postage and packing - a couple of days later they arrived - perfect!

I think this company cares about providing excellent service. They kept me informed at every step until the order was with the courier, when they sent a link where I could track the order online. The courier could have gone the extra step and texted me a delivery day/slot, then the transaction would have been perfect. I am very happy with the shoes.

Goods were reasonably priced and arrived within days of ordering. I was able to track the parcel and it was delivered on the day stated. Only slight disappointment was that the shoes had been reduced by a further £5 by the time I received them!

I have bought from them on more than one occasion but recently I had the occasion to query the disappointing condition of a pair of Ugg boots after I had worn them for TWO winters, without further ado I was asked to send a picture by e.mail which I did, I then received an e.mail message asking me to send the boots back, this message included a pre-paid label - I sent them back and within a week I received a replacement pair of Ugg boots totally free of charge - it restores your faith in human nature and confirms my belief that it is always best to buy from companies that can be relied upon.

i searched high and low for a pair of shoes which were comfortable, due to the complexity of my feet. As Uggs are known for their comfort value I thought I would give them a try, and was able to wear them all day without having to break them in! My shoes were delivered promptly in the six days as promised. They are comfotable and stylish and I would certainly buy another pair of Rubbersole when these need replacing.

I've used Rubbersole a few times now and their customer service is second to none. It's always important, especially when buying something like shoes over the internet, to have a robust and efficient returns policy. I've had to return a few pairs of shoes (and kept some too) - and each time I've had such an easy experience and lightening refund. All companies that sell over the internet should be like this! Very wide range of brilliant shoes too, and usually with good discounts. Can't fault them.

A couple of weeks ago I saw one of the trendy young women in my workplace wearing a pair of red wedge wellies. I thought must get a pair of those they looked good even with a skirt. I trawled the internet and found various pairs but Rubbersole came up with the best both in product and value. I was a bit wary as I have big calfs and thought they may be tight and unwearable having read some of the reviews. I bought a pair of Crocs sandals a couple of years ago and they have been all over the world with me. I finally wore them out so bought another pair of the same style, although the new ones have been slightly "upgraded" with a strip of leather instead of the whole being in moulded rubber.
