Here at rubbersole.co.uk we can offer our customers the best prices on top designer brands, this is due to our strong position in the market and our fully automated ordering process. We also dispatch every order on the day it is placed, giving each customer the best possible service at the best possible price.

UK Delivery:

All deliveries are dispatched on the day you place your order (if you order before 4:00pm Mon-Fri). All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (a signature is required - please visit the royal mail website for terms and conditions of postage - please note that this is not a guaranteed next day servive but 98% of orders are delivered within 24 hours). Postage and Packaging is charged at £2.50 per item (crocs currently have free p&p as part of an ongoing promotion) with a £10 maximum delivery charge per order (so delivery will still only cost £10 if you order 100 items!).

International Delivery:

All international deliveries are dispatched on the day you place your order (if you order before 4:00pm Mon-Fri). All international orders are sent by "Royal Mail International Signed For" which required a signature upon delivery (please visit the royal mail website for terms and conditions). Postage and Packaging is charged at £7.00 per item for Europe and £10.00 per item for the rest of the world (ie USA and Australia). International orders generaly take between 5-10 days to arrive depending upon the efficiency of postal services in particular countries.

Returns / Refunds:

Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items may be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) or you may wish to return an item for an exchange (for example the next size up). Either way, our automated returns system will take you through the process step by step (including selecting your replacement item). Enter your order number and email address (both will be clearly displayed on your conformation email) and then you can start the automated returns process.

* Please remember that goods must be returned in their original boxes and in brand new condition (please make sure boxes are undamaged, packaging is not torn and labels remain attached). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations:

Once payment has been debited from your account, the transaction will be fully processed and you will have to follow the returns procedure for any exchanges or refunds.
